Account and data deletion
This page is for students who use English E A+, published by Robin Mollah. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app.
Request deletion now
Enter at least one identifier below. The form will open your email app with a complete deletion request addressed to our support team.
If your email app does not open, email [email protected] with the subject “English E A+ account deletion request”.
What to include
- State that you want your English E A+ account and associated data deleted.
- Include the phone number linked to the app, if you linked one.
- If you used a different sign-in method, include the account email or other account identifier.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request and prevent deletion of someone else’s account. We will normally complete verified requests within 30 days.
Data we delete
- Firebase account credentials and linked phone association.
- Profile, preferences, saved words, reading progress, and study-plan data.
- Practice sessions, question attempts, retry history, scores, and mistake reports.
- Uploaded screenshots or other account-linked support files.
- Copies of this account data stored in our operational systems.
Data that may remain
- Anonymous, aggregated learning statistics that cannot reasonably be linked back to your account, such as overall question-level mistake counts.
- De-identified service diagnostics may be retained for up to 90 days for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
We do not use the retained aggregate statistics to identify you.
Data stored on your device
Some learning data is stored locally so the app can work offline. A web deletion request cannot erase files already stored on your device. After submitting your request, uninstall English E A+ or clear its app storage to remove the local copy.
