These terms govern your use of English E A+, the HSC English study coach published by Robin Mollah (the “app”), and this website. By using the app or the website, you agree to these terms.

The short version
English E A+ is a study aid for HSC English practice, reading, and vocabulary. Use it for your own learning, keep your account details accurate, and do not misuse or disrupt the service. Content is provided for study purposes and is not a guarantee of exam results.
You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your data through the account deletion form.
Using the app
- You may use English E A+ for personal, non-commercial study.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, such as a phone number used for sign-in or details you share with support.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the app, its content, or its backend services.
- You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content through mistake reports, support messages, or file uploads.
- The app is intended for secondary and HSC English learners. If you are below the age of digital consent in your location, use the app with a parent or guardian’s involvement.
Content and accuracy
- Practice questions, passages, explanations, and recommendations are provided to support study and may contain errors or be updated over time.
- Board questions and textbook passages remain the property of their respective authors and boards; they are included here for educational use.
- English E A+ does not guarantee any particular exam score, grade, or outcome.
Your account and data
The app creates an anonymous account to sync your learning progress. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how deletion requests work.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device and account.
Intellectual property
The English E A+ name, app design, original explanations, and software are owned by Robin Mollah and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app or its original content without permission, except as allowed by law.
Availability and changes
- We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, content, or the app itself at any time.
- Sync and online features depend on third-party services (including Google Firebase) and network access, and may be unavailable at times.
- We may update these terms when the app, services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. On deletion of your data, account-linked information is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The app and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. English E A+ and Robin Mollah are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for reliance on study content, arising from your use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Bangladesh have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
